尊敬的丹麥政府，尊敬的歐盟委員會：
鑑於一位來自中國的不同政見異議人士劉棟玲女士在丹麥當地申請庇護未能成功，並面臨被遣送回中國，這是一個共產黨極權政府非人道統治下的環境，尤其近些年中國人權狀況持續糟糕，如果劉棟玲女士被遣返會遭受不可想像的迫害。
2023年由劉棟玲女士及喬鑫鑫發起的對抗中國政府網絡防火牆運動「拆牆運動」後。中共近一步對中國境內加強資訊管控，對境外民主人士進行瘋狂迫害。2023年五月僑居寮國的喬鑫鑫先生遭到中共特務的跨國非法綁架抓捕帶回其中國家鄉湖南，以煽動顛覆國家政權罪逮捕，多方信息反饋喬鑫鑫先生在中國監獄中遭受巨大酷刑迫害，至今未公開審判，律師會見權利及通信權利全部剝奪，近期喬鑫鑫境況生死未知。
自喬鑫鑫被抓以後「拆牆運動」另一個發起人僑居丹麥的劉棟玲女士承擔起「拆牆運動」的使命與職責，為推倒中共政府網絡防火牆運動，為中國民主早日實現付出巨大努力，劉女士多次與全球各民主團體聯合舉辦抗議中共政府跨國鎮壓迫害，推倒中共網絡防火牆營救喬鑫鑫許多民主活動，全球不同媒體都做了相關報導，劉棟玲女士目前作為拆牆運動負責人、全球活躍的反抗中國政府的人權活動家，劉女士為中國人權所做貢獻，全球民主組織及民主人士一致認可肯定，鑑於以上事實和被綁架回國喬鑫鑫迫害人權慘案事件，我們充分有理由相信如果劉棟玲女士和兒子被遣返回中國必遭受中國政府非法逮捕重判和各種危機生命的酷刑迫害，生命必遭受重大死亡威脅。
目前，許多國際組織和人權人士都在為喬欣欣發聲，並試圖營救喬欣欣。我們不希望類似的人權悲劇發生在劉棟玲女士身上。
丹麥是世界上最優秀的民主國家之一，在言論自由捍衛人權方面名列前茅，一直是民主世界中學習的典範。
全球民主團體及民主人士呼籲丹麥政府暫緩遣返劉棟玲女士，重新開案審理劉棟玲政治庇護難民案件，使劉棟玲女士及15歲兒子免於被中國政府政治迫害，給予基本人權和自由保障。

To whom may concern,
We are a group of dissidents from China advocating for fundamental human rights, liberty and democracy in China. We are writing to express our serious concern about Ms Liu Dongling, who is an exile dissident living with her 15 years old son in Denmark, they are now facing deportation.
Ms Liu and Mr Qiao Xinxin are the initiators of an online campaign to end internet censorship in China, known as the BanGFW Movement, a reference to the Great Firewall. The Chinese government has quickly responded to this movement. Qiao Xinxin was kidnapped from Vientiane to China in June 2023. and He has been formally arrested under the charge of “subversion of state power”.1 China has been well-known for lacking due process of law and maltreatment and torture to dissidents. Even beyond the soil of the People’s Republic of China, the Chinese Communist Party would still not tolerate any form of dissents. The Chinese government set up secret police stations on foreign soil2 and sent spies to democratic countries, to watch, stalk and even assassinate dissidents.
After Mr Qiao’s arrest, Liu bears the burden of leading the BanGFW movement, she has contributed unneglectable efforts and dedications for China’s democratic movement. She has been protesting with human rights groups around the world regarding the human rights issues in China. Her contributions are admired by democratic activists around the world. Based on the given facts, we reasonably believe that Liu and her son would face severe political persecution if they are sent back to China, their liberty, health and life would be in grave danger.
Denmark boycotted the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics due to human rights issues in China,4 especially the genocide happend on ethnic minority.5 As a democratic country and a member of the European Union, Danish people support universal values like human rights, freedom of speech, freedom of press, equality, rule of law and democracy. Deporting Liu and his son would be morally shameful to Denmark and be harmful to the diplomatic interest of Denmark. The Danish people tried hard to resist Nazi Germany during World War 2 under military occupation, and in today, the Danish people, under no military pressure, are given the choice whether or not the help a autocratic foreign government that has slaughtered millions of people and is right now committing genocide.
We hope that Danish people who are living in democracy, can take in a brave woman who may be persecuted for advocating for Denish values and her young child. We hereby urge the Danish government to reopen Liu’s asylum case and suspend the deportation of Liu, in order to align with its own standpoints on China’s human rights condition.
